During June the product failure case has been settled successfully and the defense attorney with whom I worked has volunteered to serve as reference on my expertise. Details at http:\\rollindix.com.
Also, my work on an aerospace engineer's patent application has included drafting part of an extensive reply to the USPTO's rejection of the original application.
